Our Story
AsiaNext was established in 2021 – a joint venture between Japan’s SBI Digital Asset Holdings Co., Ltd. (SBI DAH) and SIX Group AG (SIX) of Switzerland, to meet the increasing institutional appetite for access to digital assets through a safe and secure venue. SBI DAH has since acquired the full stake of AsiaNext on March 26, 2026 and it is now a fully owned subsidiary of SBI DAH.
Adhering to strict standards of regulatory compliance, risk management and corporate governance, AsiaNext stands as a crucial nexus within a global ecosystem that provides an institutional-grade, end-to-end digital assets value chain.
