Asia Digital Exchange Holdings Pte. Ltd. (together with its subsidiaries, “AsiaNext”) is incorporated in Singapore. The Monetary Authority of Singapore has granted AsiaNext a Recognised Market Operator (RMO) licence and Capital Markets Services (CMS) licence. AsiaNext operates a fully compliant venue for its listing, trading and post trade services for securities tokens. Through a separate subsidiary, AsiaNext has applied for a major payment institution (MPI) licence to provide digital payment token services. Crypto derivatives trading is currently not regulated by MAS and hence is offered by a subsidiary separate from the licensed entity(ies). Notwithstanding, AsiaNext upholds the highest standards of regulatory compliance and corporate governance across all its activities.
